An email confirmation of the delivery status can be obtained by entering an optional email address. Remember, you can use your Nextel number followed by "@messaging.nextel.com"

A Nextel message can have up to 280 characters including letters, punctuation, and system-generated characters. You can enter up to 267 characters. When the total number of characters in all fields (including system-generated characters) exceeds 140, the message will be delivered as two separate messages.
